In individual therapy with adults, we’ll explore how your past and present experiences shape who you are today. Together, we’ll work to release patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that no longer serve you, creating space for more aligned, authentic ways of being. Life’s daily demands can often leave little room for self-reflection—but your body holds deep wisdom and insight. Through a compassionate, embodied approach, we’ll reconnect with that inner knowing to support your growth and healing. I have a preference in working with folks who are interested in doing deep reflective work and who are open to meeting two times a week.

Couples often come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about how to approach painful or vulnerable topics. Whether you're navigating conflict, intimacy issues, parenting stress, or identity-related differences, I help couples build the skills and trust to explore these challenges together. In our work, we examine underlying dynamics, recurring patterns, and unspoken needs to foster deeper understanding, honesty, and emotional safety. I help couples communicate more effectively, reconnect authentically, and move toward a more resilient, intentional partnership.

Working with children means building trust, attuning to their developmental needs, and using creativity to foster emotional expression. I offer a grounded yet playful approach that encourages kids to explore their feelings, build self-awareness, and develop healthier coping skills. Whether through metaphor, movement, or imaginative play, I help young clients express what might be hard to say directly. I also collaborate with parents and caregivers when appropriate, offering insight and support to help families understand what their child needs to thrive both in and outside of the therapy room.

Family therapy provides a powerful opportunity for transformation when all family members come together with openness and a willingness to engage. I support families in identifying the roles, patterns, and communication styles that may be contributing to conflict or disconnection. Together, we explore how the family system has been operating, what might be causing pain or misunderstanding, and how to move toward more flexible, supportive ways of relating. My role is to reflect what may not be seen, hold space for each voice, and guide families through the sometimes difficult but ultimately healing process of change.
